Luno for newbies

Being a newbie to bitcoin and I like Luno and its ease of use except I didn’t find it very easy to send bitcoin from GBP to Bitcoin and then onto its final bitcoin address may I suggest if a possible a follow by numbers if you like that new people like me would be able to follow easily it’s ok when you are experienced but a little confusing when completely new other than that I think Luno is the best and I highly recommend it and trust it

Never use Luno , you will regret all your life

Never ever use Luno , you will will be ripped off , the fees exorbitant , you money could be blocked any time behind the curtain of KYC and AML , while you were verified at the beginning ‼️ They are happy to take your money but when withdrawing your gain they will stop you.

I highly recommend you to use Bitstamp (#1 in my opinion in overall performance : customer service , fees , tech, fast deposit and fast withdrawal, security , common sense ) and then BINANCE (giving you more cryptos such as Doge). Haven’t yet use Coinbase , but I don’t plan to. I strongly advice people to use direct exchange services than a third party like Luno who like to boast they’ve been to existence since 2013. You will regret big big time. Even Zumo is much much better and safer (though only BTC and ETH is available: at least the fees is super reasonable and you can sell and get your gain at once ‼️). Once you have been check you are for ever checked ‼️ except if suddenly you buy huge amount of crypto , they might as you to explain the source of your wealth (if it comes from crypto itself , then you should say so ; p.s.: keep a record all your gains from cryptos so that down the line it is easier for for you to explain your wealth : once done properly the exchanges like Binance or Bitstamp, or startup like ZUMO will live you alone for ever ).

USERS PLEASE BE AWARE

This App maybe easy to use however the issues arise when you want to withdraw your funds. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY INTO LUNO YOU NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. I’ve been waiting from my funds now for a week. My bank card and bank account are both linked to the app as requested also I’ve been verified. When you make a withdrawal you will receive an email saying funds will be processed within the next business day, this is far from the truth. A week down the line still pending so I contact Luno again not easy to do so. The reply I got was the need a photo of myself together with ID and a hand written note. No where in the withdrawal information does it say they need this info, all they request in the withdrawal info is you bank account is linked to the app. They are quick to take your money from you to invest however when you request you money back they make the process impossible. What a joke!!!! I’m a verified user, both my bank card and bank account are linked to the app yet I still can’t get MY MONEY. WHAT A SCAM . It’s now 19th March done what I’ve been asked to do still no return of funds neither a reply for Luno. I first requested my funds on the 10th March. LUNO YOUR A JOKE!!!!!! It’s now 6th April still no funds!!!!
