Description
LVS ProFleet is an advanced journey reporting tool that will make your mileage claims paper – and hassle – free. It can also offer you personalised advice on how you can drive more efficiently and safely, and make sure you never miss another service date.
You are in the driving seat when it comes to your data – you chose how much information you share with your Fleet Manager, and what you keep to yourself.
Every trip is ranked with a driver score and all impactful events (e.g. harsh acceleration, harsh braking, cornering, etc.) are displayed on the map. You can use this to improve your driving style, not only to make you become a safer driver, but also a greener one by decreasing your personal CO2 emissions.
LVS ProFleet monitors your vehicle condition and detects vehicle problems allowing you to better plan maintenance and repairs.
Gamification in the app adds fun – check who is a better driver or compare your badges.
All from your own smartphone.
LVS ProFleet includes:
• Regular service reminders – Remote odometer reading means you will be reminded in good time of an upcoming service, via email or phone.
• Stolen vehicle recovery – If your vehicle is stolen, LVS ProFleet’s GPS location facility can help the police recover it promptly.
• Driver score and coaching tips – Hard acceleration and braking events highlighted, plus a score for every trip, along with pro tips for a smoother, safer more economical ride.
• Fuel expense claims made simple – Dispense with paper logs and submit an accurate summary of business and private miles for quick approval with a few taps.
• Automated journey logs – Leave behind tedious admin, easily separate business and private mileage at the click of a button.
• Exclusive mobile application – Our product is available as a user-friendly dedicated mobile application on the App Store (iOS).
• Data Safety – All vehicle and journey data is held securely on private cloud and protected with your unique login. You choose how much access you would like to give your Fleet Manager.

This app requires work
- it doesn’t appear possible to create a report for journey type only(i.e business only). You could do this on the web portal
- when I make changes to journey types, it takes ages for it to be reflected in the report when they run- annoying waiting.
The website was simple/quick. The app doesn’t provide the same convenience
