Going live in May 2023, M&B Flexible (powered by limber) is available across the country. With no minimum commitments, you can pick up shifts at all of our brands in selected locations.
Just sign up, build your profile and you’re off. You could be working out front in a Castle venue on a Monday, in the Kitchen in a Nicholson's pub on the Thursday and behind the bar at All Bar One on a Saturday night. We get that the world has moved on and that sometimes, total flexibility is what you need. With M&B Flexible, you’re in control. We can’t wait to meet you.
M&B Flexible is powered by limber, a market leading provider of flexible working software to the hospitality industry. For all your shifts, you’ll be employed centrally by limber and you’ll receive one payslip per week. limber will arrange PAYE and tax so, for all payroll enquiries, please contact limber direct.

Easy, great platform and fast payout!
Really pleased with this. Profile didn’t take me long to set up at all and it’s all super simple. Good selection of work in my field and - best of all - I am being paid weekly for my work. I absolutely love that aspect, I find it so so much easier to budget and manage my finances.

Got a bit annoyed at first because I couldn't log in, but the limber team who sort the app fixed it pretty quickly. Otherwise, brilliant.
