The M&S app gives you all the tools you need to enjoy more from M&S in the palm of your hand. From accessing Sparks – our exciting reward scheme – to shopping our entire online range, you can do it all on the go.
We really appreciate all your feedback and are working hard to build an even better M&S app for you. Stay tuned for upcoming enhancements.
Our rewards scheme makes good things happen every time you shop. From big treats to little thank yous and a charity donation with every scan, join Sparks for rewards you’ll love. Access your offers and treats with one tap and scan your card straight from your phone using the M&S app.
In store and can’t find your size? Use the search scanner to scan the barcode and buy your size there and then. We’ll deliver it to your home or nearest store at your convenience. You’ll never have to miss out on that must-have item again!
Been browsing M&S.com on the iPad in front of the TV or maybe had a sneaky look at lunchtime on your computer? If you start your shop on the website, simply log-in to the app and your basket will sync across devices.
Looking for your nearest store? Use the store finder to quickly find directions and you’ll be with us in no time.
While you can browse and purchase our extensive online range of ‘Food to Order’ and wine via the app, we also know that you love our in-store grocery range. With the app, access exclusive Sparks offers across food for use in store. You can also find the ‘Cook with M&S’ app under the More menu; the perfect accompaniment to the M&S app.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. M&S doesn't run GPS in the background unless you give permission by turning on optional features that require this.
We hope you're all enjoying shopping with Sparks. Good things really do happen every time you shop – of the 4,000 customers who have received their shopping for free, 300 have done so using Mobile Pay Go. In this release we've been working to make sure that you have the best experience on the app.

Navigating this app is much like visiting a Marks & Spencer flagship on the high street. It’s premium, clean and presented in a wonderfully straightforward manner. Excellently, you’re immediately greeted by some very decent offers (and the opportunity to receive more by signing up for Sparks, the members’ club) before sinking your teeth into the full arsenal of M&S offerings. Clothing, beauty, food and drink, school uniforms, gifts and flowers are all fully shoppable online. Or, if you’re feeling particularly active, you can search for the nearest store and collect your items there.
Marks and Spencer’s ARE a TRADITION, l believe they are working very hard “behind the scenes” to develop their Buying and Marketing strategies to appeal to all age groups. This is ESSENTIAL if they are to NOT just to Survive but THRIVE on the High Street and online too. Their customer base has, in many cases, wrongly, been seen as “over 40’s” I believe they are fast responding to a NEED to appeal to younger age groups who will then remain their future customers. Per Una started well, dipped and let’s see it pick up again and let’s have a “Junior Per Una” for BOTH sexes (NO GENDER NEUTRAL PLEASE) from age 5 - 13! Now that would go down well! Busy parents are looking more and more for “ONE STOP SHOPS”
Huge gap in the market here M & S! Would also ❤️ to see you develop more on the Organic food side! Even developing idea of weekly delivery of Organic Fruit/Veg/Salad boxes, another huge gap in the market which Waitrose & Tesco, YES!!! Tesco are competing to fill. I try to eat as much Organic food as possible as l have a serious issue with the level of Pesticides sprayed onto fields that enters the food chain and then US!
SO! A HUGE SHOUT OUT to our dearly loved ❤️Marks & Spencer’s WE NEED to get behind them and support them in their ambitions to Move with the times and still deliver high end quality that is “inclusive and not exclusive”
Glitchy and has a mind of its own
Sorry, but navigating this app is frustrating and annoying. Not as smooth as mobile website. Items repeat and it tries to predict what i might want to see, shopping for school clothes is a once a year event, so i don't want to constantly be seeing school items pop up once that task is done! Prefer the mobile website if Im totally honest. For example, looking at a previous online orders details, when a pop up window appears in middle of screen covering the info with a random item from the order, which you then have to close and then turn phone landscape to read full page. Some of the links don't work. The sparks card part is blank! No digital card! Im already a sparks and M&S account holder and the app doesn't link with my mobile website account - I have deleted app and reinstalled it to give it one more chance. I also reg for paperless receipts in-store through the app, but no sparks card on mobile wallet or app for shop to scan of for me to scan at self serve till. No digital sparks card in app. Ive shopped 4 times through app and still no sparks/rewards emails now they have done away with the points its all a bit vague. I also couldn't track my delivery or return through app once my parcel was with the courier service or waiting in store for collection. For this I then had to download a further courier app to track my parcel and then download another collect+ app to track my return. 3 apps to do one job!!! Not ideal
