Macgo Blu-ray Player 4+

Perfect

This application is perfect. It has played every Blu-Ray so far with full menu support. All you need is an external Blu-Ray player and this app and you are ready to go. Well worth the price. The player is also simple and easy to navigate around the menus.

If you want to watch your Blu-Ray movies on MacOS this is the app to use. Don’t use the free players out there, this is the one you need.

Worked where others didn't

I haven’t used this a lot but can attest to trying another paid app as well as an unpaid one on a particular disk and neither worked, but this one did, withn no problems.

Doesn’t play all discs

So far I’ve managed to get three discs to work but had difficulties with at least two others. One required use of the pop-up remote as all other inputs failed (e.g. direct selection of items on the Bluray menu using the mouse did not work). The Walking Dead Season 5 won’t play at all. It just cycles around the first disclaimer screen. I would expect all standard Bluray discs to work given the price of this app.

I'm sorry to the issues caused by our app. Since most discs do not support mouse input, a keyboard is required to navigate through the disc menu. However currently our app is not showing any hint in this situation, which is frustrating. You also mentioned that there is a unexpected playback issue with Walking Dead Season 5. To reproduce the issue, we need to buy the discs which are identical to yours. Could you please give us the ASIN, amazon link or EAN (bar-code) of your discs?
