Worth paying for

I rarely purchase apps. I tried using three free apps first but they were all trash. I bit the bullet and paid for Magic Packet and it’s the best on the market.

Lovely UI, nice dark mode, easy to set up. I like the monitoring by ping feature too. I’m thinking of trying out the full suite of software which will let me shut down my PC remotely too. Siri shortcut works excellent too. Great feature to have.

10/10 app so far no complaints.

Shortcut integration real bonus

App works a dream to wake up my PC on the LAN (not tried it over the internet).
I found my PC was using about 20% of our houses power, siting in standby.
Because of shortcut integration I can now turn power on to the PC (with a smart plug) and then wake up the PC (using this App) from a single button press on my phone.
Useful help also provided with the App (this is a rarity)!

Thanks for your feedback :)

I have a question

It’s really good for wake on LAN but is it possible to wake on WAN? It works from my home WiFi and I think I’ve port forwarded correctly but I don’t know how to make it from anywhere in the world. If I’m at school trying to access my home pc I have to get my parents to turn my pc on and I’m just wondering if there’s a way to fix this. Thanks
