Mahjong Solitaire: Classic 4+

This version is a Keeper!

This a solid version of Mahjong. No bells and whistles, it just does what it says on the tin. I am personally trialling different versions and am presently playing 4 variants of the game. I like this one very much but it is difficult to explain my choice convincingly. I just like the feel of this version and also like the look of it although there are prettier versions around.
I’ve paid the £1.99 pence to remove adverts; although they weren’t over intrusive in the first place. In fact far less so than others. I guess the reason for spending this small sum was because I wanted the game to be even better.
The levels are now becoming increasingly more challenging as I progress which is what one would expect. There are about 10 difference stages each of a different theme such as water, Earth, Thunder, Wind, Heaven etc in which each stage comprises 90 levels. The 90 levels represents a hell of a lot of play time even for the elite players. To progress to another stage will cost £1.99, which I consider to be very reasonable.
I would urge fans of Mahjong to give this a go, after all it is a free download and I think you’ll like it.

Beautiful tiles - challenging levels from start

Good to start at a more realistic level for an adult - fed up of so many games advertised at higher levels then when you come to play you have to sit through loads of ‘baby levels’ that unless your an actual infant are totally unnecessary. Gets easier as you start to get to know the tiles and begin to read them on first sight but especially the number and alphabet tiles are so many and so simelar this was a great challenge. Beautiful tiles too.

Happy with this version

I like Mahjong games. They help me notice I can sharpen my Fibromyalgia neurological situation for the day ahead or during it. That takes some doing considering the pain with Fibromyalgia. My pain tolerance is also improving. A must with the incurable situation as is while writing this review. I find my focus is assisted and improved. I have not been frustrated by this game at all. In fact I have to set myself play limits or I’d be causing harm to the existing challenges Fibromyalgia presents all day every day and that is not the reason for my game playing. My dexterity, unfortunately, is out of my control so I often accidentally press the wrong tile. This is of no matter I’m used to it. The option to repeat a level is in game. The adverts help me rest in between games and are not too intrusive. I haven’t yet seen an advert that prompts me to get another app. I might though. Happy with this. So far. Level 27 and 3 stars all, as well as all done under 3 minutes and one or two under 1 minute. Happy days. I gave 4 stars because I’ve not been playing long and do not know if it gets better, worse or stays the same happy play. I will re think at a later stage.
