Version 2.21.0
We’re excited to announce significant updates to our Chat feature, with enhanced performance and usability. This update ensures smoother and faster interactions in your school’s chat groups, making communication more efficient.
We’ve also made improvements that significantly enhance accessibility and performance for our users in China. These adjustments are part of our ongoing efforts to provide a seamless experience for all users worldwide.
With this release, we’ve laid the foundation for upcoming features, including Year Group and Group Chats. While no new features were in this update, the groundwork was for future enhancements.
Once your school has upgraded to the new Chat infrastructure, it will be necessary to use the latest version of our app to access the Chat. Users on older versions will be prompted to update their apps. Following this prompt will ensure you have uninterrupted access to the Chat.
We encourage everyone to update their app today to stay connected and enjoy the latest improvements!

Not user friendly
It is a very user unfriendly app. It is not easy to navigate and it makes things difficult to find where they should not be.
I cannot find the list and emails for the teachers who teach my child or my students. This is basic information everyone should be able to access really easily!
This APP Makes like harder :(

Just not a good app. Very complicated to use because if the layout but you get the hang of it. There is lot’s of problems when uploading files to the drop box.
Over complicated - hard to do anything you need to do
A terrible app that both parents and children have to use to manage their school tasks.
I’ve been using this for two years and still can’t find basic things I need - for example contacting a teacher for a class - impossible!!!
Its so bad we miss deadlines on course work and home work.
If your school is using this app I highly recommend you contact your PTA and push the school to drop this.
