Ratings and Reviews
Don’t work great
Keeps logging me out after a month then won’t let me use app properly after gone through the hassle of resetting password to login, but it’s ok to check payslips. Have to use my laptop for anything else
This app needs some work
As a manpower contract employee I rely on this app to access payslips. It’s becoming frequently apparent that the ability to login is random (at best). I don’t really mind waiting 20 seconds for Face ID to work but whenever you have been logged out then it’s difficult to get back in again. First of all the username/password is not up to date via iOS remembered passwords (keychain), so then you do the reset password and manually add a new password to keychain. Close the app - login again and nothing. Sounds like a rant but I’ve had so many issue over the last 2 years that I believe the good people responsible need to get some budget (I know I know!) and give it a serious overhaul.
Works perfectly
No problem with this, simple to use and well laid out
The only faff is when you want to print - you have to log back in when it opens in Epson Print
