Incredibly useful and easy to use

We have this on our Air BnB. We can give guests access and revoke it when they’ve gone, let the cleaners in and see how long they were there for, being notified in milliseconds each time. When we bought it we thought it was expensive. Now we have it it’s so obviously not expensive at all - it’s sci-fi in your pocket. A brilliant product.

admin access on 2 devices

Hi how do allow admin access to add guests on a second device

I would like my wife to a also add a guest if I cannot be contacted

We appreciate your positive review! Master Lock Vault Home is designed for household usage. As a result there is only one "owner" per lock. Master Lock Vault Enterprise can easily accommodate your need.

Would like more guest flexibility

This seems to work well on the whole but it’s frustrating to have limits on codes for guests. I can limit times that guests can access the lock if they download the app and use Bluetooth or if I send a temporary code but I would like to be able to give them a code which is only usable at certain times. This doesn’t seem possible. My cleaner doesn’t have a smart phone so she can’t use the app. I wish to give her a code to enter but I only want it available on a set day at a set time. Why isn’t this possible? I don’t want to have to send her a temporary code that’s different each week. It wasn’t absolutely clear this wasn’t possible before purchasing and opening it all up so I feel a little duped by the lack of flexibility on this ‘smart’ set up.
