Awful Customer Service
Why is it so painful to get decent customer service? I have to jump hoops to rectify a mistake the system makes and after being told on the phone to submit some documents I get rejected because it was incorrect, despite submitting what I was told to submit, and I can’t even appeal.
It is hard to get someone over the app to talk to, it is expensive to talk to someone over the phone and email doesn’t really help as I cannot reply to any of my requests once it has been replied to. Poor, poor customer service for a leading digital bank. I was so excited that I can finally get digital banking in Philippines but the stress and hassle is not worth my time. I’d rather stick to traditional banking, and I am someone who has had several digital bank accounts over the years and have never encountered poor customer service until now.
Ridiculous
The only reason I downloaded this app was to make 1 simple transfer to another PayMaya account but in reality it is not so simple!
First you click to pay but no! you can’t pay to another PayMaya account until you have upgraded your account... ok fine upgrade my account but no! apparently I don’t know my own name!!!
The first message message thank you for taking the time to upgrade your account but your details don’t match please apply again!
Yes they do but ok apply again every detail is the same as before and definitely matches my passport! this time apparently the name doesn’t match your Id! Don’t put optional next to the middle name if you have some idiot validating it that says that my name doesn’t match because I didn’t put the middle name where it says OPTIONAL!
So again same details as before add my middle name and this time I get the same as the first message, your details don’t match!
Don’t waste your time!
they now have 4 different photos of my passport 4 different videos of me nodding and shaking my head and still they can’t validate that it me and my passport!
