Description

This app allows iPhone users to directly book and check their taxis with Mayfair Cars.

Bookings can be made as soon as possible or for any future date and time.

This app allows all bookings to be checked (even if booked by other methods i.e. by phone) and live tracking allows the location of vehicles to be visible at all times.

Note bookings made for ASAP may depend on availability of vehicles.

Fixes for tracking car while on route

Unreliable

Used a few times with mixed results. App is not very user friendly and last night car did not arrive as booked. Rang the office to find out where driver was and was told that job had been cancelled and ‘don’t use the app, it doesn’t work properly, none of us in the office trust it. I’d book by phone in future’ Fortunately they sent a car within 15 minutes. Don’t bother with the app and use the phone!
