Description
mCare Pro is a mobile application intended for professionals in the field. With mCare pro, the personnel at the alarm central can instantly forward alarms to the mobile units including all relevant information for the mobile unit to take action and plan their work. It is also possible to configure the workflow such that alarms in certain conditions reach the mobile unit directly.
The optimized task management means a better attention to the users and an easy way for the professionals in the field to manage their tasks and to locate the users such that valuable time can be saved.
