Terrible delivery service
ordered twice now and had to wait for longer than an hour for my order. Tracking is awful, and customer service line even worse. An hour later, no movement on my order, and 10 minutes waiting for customer service to pick up, we’re all hungry and I can’t say I’ll ever use this app again.
Interesting
Works good, But: Say you were on holiday (Spain, Turkey, Portugal etc.) and you fancy a McDonalds. You select the country you are in (For me, Spain) but the only language you can go for is Spanish (which, i don't know Spanish.) So i would kinda want to see other languages which you can select (Example: English)
McDonald’s Egypt
Since when do I have to switch the menu manually for the breakfast items!? Once you do you cannot select anything.
Also when ordering for the whole family you get to checkout and it pops up saying one or more item isn’t available but doesn’t tell you which one or even remove it. You have to guess. Fail. Use Talabat it works and is easier down side is delivery time. Try again McDonald’s it used to work fine!
