Eating Healthy Made Easy

Let me just start by saying that as someone who has trouble sticking to a diet, I thought I’d never find a solution to my dilemma. I’ve been using this app for some time now and it’s made it soo easy for me to stick a good heathy diet. I care more about how I look now and less about the numbers on the scale. The app offers such an amazing range of plans such as Keto, low carb and vegetarian, in an easy to use and easy to see format. I’ve been on the keto diet for some time now and with the help of this app, I’ve gained a better relationship with not only food, but also my mental well being. This is an app everyone should use if they want to not only lose weight but also just to feel more confident in their body and in their skin.

LOVE! What more could you ask for?!

I was so unsure as to what food i should be eating to gain a healthy balanced diet, and now it is so clearly outlined specifically for me, my likes and dislikes. With the options of keto, low carbs, gluten free, vegetarian, or as a meat eater, there are no limits on what recipes you could chose from! No more, ‘what to make tonight’ annoying discussions with the other half?! Just love my meal planner and cookbook to match, i no longer need to freak out about what i can eat, or what i am able to cook! Iv been walking around my supermarket with an easy to find list of what i need to be super healthy, with some treats as well. Can’t wait to try out these recipes with my loved ones, and to rub it in my super healthy co-workers faces!!

Lovely and informative app!!!

As someone who is starting to shift into intermittent fasting and low carb diet, this app is a reliable companion! This gives me a variety of ideas of what tasty yet healthy meals to choose from and prepare. Whether you’re doing vegan or keto diet or you’re transitioning into a vegetarian, this app will greatly help you.

I have always envisioned to cook tasty meals for my family without sacrificing my diet, and this app helped me to do that—from breakfast to dinner, I could gladly find something that is suitable at our home table.

There’s also options to pick gluten-free meals thus this app is very helpful! I really encourage everyone to try this app and see what’s in store for them.
