Help me please
I’m going to give this 5 star for ur appearance but I’m on iOS iPad and when I went on the app it wouldn’t et me record or give me an option to put the medal button on my screen so please could you help me(how to record)

Alright but...
It's an amazing app, but I got it just for clipping, the problem is I can't clip. I read other reviews and it said that they couldn't clip either. Can you add clipping in iOS and iPad OS. I don't have any other devices so I just use Medal for watching clips. I'm planning to delete it if you don't add the clipping feature as it somehow took 5GB even though I didn't upload any clips.
It’s not showing my clips
Right now I am playing my game and when I clip something I check on my phone to see if it worked and for some reason it says no clips are there

I'm so sorry to hear that! While clipping is not an option on iOS quite yet, you can still see your clips taken from your desktop. These clips do have to be uploaded in order to show up on your iOS device. If you need further help, please message us at help@medal.tv and we can take a look at this for you! -KungFuManduh :)
