Medisafe Pill Reminder 12+

I have taken medication my whole life, but have only recently needed to multiple medications at different times, this app has been an absolute godsend to help me keep track of my medication, and reminding me to take it!
The purchase of an Apple Watch, means that even if my phone isn’t in immediate reach I still get reminders, and can mark my medication as taken. This is where I come to the only thing that I think could be improved about the Apple Watch app (it really is very minor and I can’t find anything wrong with the iPhone app). On the iPhone app, if you do not go to Mark a medication as taken more than 1 hour after the original time it is set for (or an hour early for that matter) it gives you the option to set a specific time, say if you took the medication, but forgot to mark it, so you went back to do it later. But on the Apple Watch, this is not an option, it just marks it for that time. The same goes for rescheduling, you can add 10/15 mins etc on but you cannot reschedule it for a specific time.
Like I said these are very minor issues which in no way stop me from using the app, but I hope that if these can be easily implemented, that they will be one day.

Only been using this app for a few days but have found it to be light years ahead of other apps. Just the ease of use makes all the difference, and the ability to take all the meds I have at one time instead of having to do it one by one is awesome. My only gripe is that for some reason these types of apps are simply incapable of factoring weekends for reminding when to reorder. Where I’m from, doctors do not work weekends and it’s impossible to reorder meds on a Saturday or Sunday. I’d be forever grateful if the developers of this app could take that final step and do something no-one else has ever done before with their apps. Please add a feature where the app checks whether my meds run out on a weekend and then let me know a (user defined) number of days beforehand so I can ensure I don’t run out. At the moment I can only set a ‘per med’ number of tablets and have to factor the weekend manually. Which means I typically have to calculate 5 days worth and, if it’s not due on a weekend, wait another 2 days to order, often resulting in me forgetting and running out.

Been using this app for years and love the simplicity of tracking my medication. Now I’ve just seen they’re crippling the “free” version of this app to just two medications?! And we have to pay MONTHLY to continue using it as before. Why not charge a one-off payment for “premium”? Or introduce ads in the free version whilst still supporting its regular features? Greed is the answer.
I will use this app until I’m forced to stop. Once the limit of 2 medications is fully implemented, I will of course look for an alternative - as I presume many others will. I probably would have paid a one-off fee for “premium”, but there’s no chance I’m paying a subscription just to keep track of my medication, especially in todays economic climate where the cost of literally everything is rising. This company is just another example of exploiting the vulnerable. This change of model is just pure greed for the company to feed off the needy.
But it’s all good, there are plenty of other free apps out there as I’ve mentioned, that do the same job if not better.
It’s been a good run, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I hope/expect a lot will do the same. Thanks for providing a fantastic free service for many years, good luck with your future model of “money over everything”. Doubt it’ll last as your user base will tank, cheers!
