Description
Combining expert information with stunning visuals and video, MedOne provides access to Thieme’s award-winning content across multiple specialties including neurosurgery, radiology, plastic surgery and medical education. The companion MedOne app allows access to your MedOne content, which can be viewed in offline or online access mode. Easily load your e-books and e-journals on your iPhone or iPad and read when and where you want.
The MedOne app is free to download, however a MedOne profile associated with an institutional subscription or individual purchase is required to login and access the content.

The idea is great, execution and programming is substandard
The app is great in theory but there are multiple bugs and drawbacks
1. On adding new book codes this sometimes takes hours to update
2.when continuing on reading at work on a hospital pc or my own laptop ... no way to read offline
3.some content in digitally purchased books necessitated printing the pdf to see some content due to copyrights liscence ... what’s the point?
Handy
Very user friendly. Great to have so much current information at your finger tips even when off line.
Extremely buggy app!
It is an extremely buggy app - keeps crashing when I try to change from one book I am reading to another - especially worse when in offline mode, despite having downloaded the books. It then won’t even let me go back online by switching the offline mode off - keeps crashing so many times that I have to reinstall the app and re-download all the books! Simply not worth the hassle - despite Thieme’s claims. It’s a real pity, because the online repository of books is incredible!
