Helps keep track on things

I needed to clear some space on my imac, this seems to help however only temporarily and then needs doing again.

I wish it could give more information about how to improve performance and permanently delete unwanted files.

Fantastic wee app

I've been looking for a really simple app to clean up my Mac's memory. The vast majority of the apps have tried are cumbersome, take ages to install and even longer when you run the very first scan. What i love about it is that you can set the preferences to auto optimise and see exactly what apps are using up memory. Considering that the app is completely free, basic but very effective, I would have no hesitation recommending it. The one small downside is the very occasional pop ups to promote other apps. Apart from that, its a fantastic wee app !

Elegant and useful

I like to keep an eye on my RAM as I run a couple of RamDisks. This is great, shows what I need to know, and shows it attractively too. The memory pressure warning is appreciated.

It looks good, is free too, no annoying nags, great app.

BTW, if you’re look at this to give you more RAM magically or something like that, it’s not what it does. MacOS memory managment is excellent and doesn’t really need touching. If you ‘optimise’ the memory you’ll probably end up loading the data again but if you didn’t MacOS will unload the unused stuff for you anyway. So don’t worry about that too much.
