Firstly, requires access to read & write data on every single website you data which seems unnecessary. Then sometimes the collections folder won't display properly, sometimes the extension won't open at all, and frequently random blank windows pop open to take you out of whatever you're doing. The general functionality is useful and good when it works but the app needs work to get more than 2 stars.

Citations need their own text formatting options when adding into Word. Many times has a citation been added with formatting mismatched to the document

It keeps asking to allow the app to see all websites but I do not want to do so! When I selected deny by default in settings, the pop ups started showing up to allow all websites, and then it tried to open something which immediately closed, causing it to loop and switching me from Safari. Made Safari basically unusable until I uninstalled the app.
