Where are my shop items!!!!

I see u changed shop items that u cannot get depending on ur level which is stupid.
I had to use real money to get gems which I’ve used on shop items that seem to disappear?? Where are they??
If someone is using gems to buy items that means they want the items but ur stopping that!!!!
I request you roll back what u did to the shop and let us get what we pay for!!

Not sure what’s happened…..

Firstly I want to start by saying how much I love this game. I’m usually someone who starts a game, is obsessed for a few months, and then gets bored, but I’ve been playing this for a long time now and still find it enjoyable. I truly do think it’s one of the best merge games out there.

However today I went to do my usual morning routine of playing this game before getting out of bed and I realised that one of my orders had changed. Initially I was supposed to be getting a saucepan and a wheel of cheese, I have literally been spending the last week trying to get to the wheel of cheese (after already getting to the saucepan) and now once I get the cheese I’m also going to have to get cook pot to then produce the pot of stew. It is just really annoying to have spend more energy in getting something else when I already had half of the original order.

If anyone could let me know why one of my orders has changed I’d really appreciate understanding the reasons behind this.

It really is a great game though!

Love this game

I wasn’t sure about this game as I didn’t think it would be much fun just merging items together, but I’ve found it absolutely addictive and can’t stop playing and have got my kids hooked as well. My only draw back and I would have gave it 5 stars if when you request energy from your group you were given 10 energy bolts instead of just 5, and if buying energy didn’t cost as many diamonds, it would be better if it started at 5 diamonds then doubled not start at 10 diamonds, also I wish the side games changed I’ve done them all and they just repeat so I’ve stopped doing them.
