Crashes
Crashes everytime a meteor shower is clicked rather than gives more information. All peak dates are set as 2001 even though the current date is correct in settings.
Good app but has some problems
I bought this app ages ago but ended up deleting it as it froze at startup quite often and in the app if I pressed the Alert button then the app completely froze up. I like the app and the info it gives but those faults became too annoying.
I was pleased to see an update in the app store today so I installed it. Guess what? Still freezes on startup (more regularly that before I reckon) and pressing the Alert button still causes the app to freeze completely.
This happens on my iPhone 4 and my wife's 3GS.
Despite the above the app still gives good info and I like it. Maybe the next update will fix the issues and let me add a couple of stars to my rating?
Usefull app
Not a bad app but still seems to be in it's infancy. The 'peak time' is the same for every shower. Could do with a notification a couple of days before a shower, and maybe a link to information on the web about the shower you're interested in. These suggestions aside, I do enjoy using the app and it's the first one of it's kind that I have found.
