Just won’t upload id
It just won’t work, which is frustrating as taxis are expensive. 3 days, multiple locations, no bike
Absolutely wonderful service app and human touch!
Think UK lime bikes but lighter and easier. I’ve been using the metro fun bikes for the two weeks that I’ve been in Israel and they’re fantastic. It also helps of course that Tel Aviv has many bike lanes and that the fellow cyclists and scooter’ists are careful and respectful. There are lots of places to leave the bike ie lots of clearly marked docking stations and they have to be left there which makes the roads beautifully uncluttered. I’ve needed customer services a couple of times and they’ve been nothing other than a complete joy to communicate with. Kol hakavod metrofun!!
Telo-robbery
Awful app - very easy to sign up & add money to your account - £10 minimum.
Once you add money to your account the funds sit as ‘loading’
Absolutely robbery any one visiting Tel Aviv should seriously avoid this app
