Pro Update

Would love to use the app but I can’t access it. Seems that I pay and then nothing else happens. I’m just stuck with the ‘Get Started’ page and ‘Pick your plan’ page (despite already picking my plan). Any help would be greatly appreciated, Will remove review once the bug is fixed.

Full of bugs. Impossible to use.

I have registered and subscribed to the paid version of the app just to get stuck in a loop at the very first screens asking about my objectives. I had to close and reset the app to get past the loop and reach Dr. Mew’s intro video just to then get stuck at the screen asking for the first photo. It keeps showing a message as if I haven’t given the app permission to access my camera while the camera is actually working underneath the error message. The app takes the picture but then nothing else happens and the buttons simply don’t work to move me past that screen. How can you charge a significant yearly subscription with such an appalling user experience and a completely useless app? It pretty much looks like a scam to me, not what I was expecting from a product endorsed by Dr Mew himself. I have just cancelled my subscription after exact 5 min of trying to use the app. Rubbish!

Not a quick fix

Takes a little time to get your head around it all. There’s a lot to take in but the videos are clear, it just takes practice and commitment. To be clear, this app is about introducing a consistent set of practices along with life style changes to get maximum effect. Expecting to magically wake with better aesthetics after a couple of exercises it’s not. But the evidence is there if you are willing to fully commit
