How to take videos without pausing background music:
1. Play audio from any source (Apple Music, Spotify, Podcasts, SoundCloud, etc.)
2. Pause the music if you want, or keep it playing - it doesn't matter.
3. Open the Mideo app and start recording. (Notice how your music doesn't pause! If it does, resume the music using your headphones or with Control Center.)
4. While recording in Mideo, you can use Control Center to restart, resume, or change the song.

To record videos WITH the background music in the video, play audio to a speaker. (your device’s built-in speaker or an external speaker)
To record videos WITHOUT the background music in the video, play audio to headphones.

Great but doesn’t always save video
I love this app but if you record a long video it doesn’t always let you save it which I find a nightmare. I was using this app to record a fitness class and I did about 15 mins, then decided to save the video and watch it to make sure everything was okay. But I notice that anytime I try make a video longer than say 2/3 minutes, it doesn’t save as if it’s too long. All it does is show a buffering thing as if it’s saving but never does, then closes itself. Can you imagine I did a whole hour long class and then it didn’t save and I’d need to do it all over again haha. I’d be gutted!
Great app! Minor bug after last update.
The app worked perfectly fine without the last update! Now I can’t film with front camera anymore as it only has ‘record option’ as soon as you hit front Camera, it stops the music.. Please fix it, this app has made my workouts a lot more enjoyable when I don’t have to pause music to film. Other than that, no problem at all, it works perfectly fine and I recommend to everyone.

Definitely worth the buy.
The app allows you to record whilst music is playing either aloud or through headphones, this app is perfect for gym goers like myself who either record sets for coaching or for personal use, it allows you to keep your music going so you can still listen to your favourite Hype song!
