Your perfect companion: the Miele app gives you mobile control of your Miele domestic appliances and lets you keep track of everything – whether you are at home or away.
Miele app highlights:
• Mobile control of domestic appliances: operate your domestic appliances conveniently via the app.

MobileControl – Control domestic appliances from a mobile device
With MobileControl, you can control all network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently using your smartphone or tablet. This means you can access your washing machine, dishwasher or oven at any time and select the programme, delay the start or select other options, for example.
RemoteUpdate - Always up to date
Do you want your networked home appliances to always be up to date with little effort? No problem - thanks to our RemoteUpdate function. Available software updates for your Miele domestic appliances are automatically available and can be installed upon request.
Consumption Dashboard - Transparency of usage and consumption data
Keep an eye on your water and energy consumption at all times. The Consumption Dashboard displays your water and electricity consumption data after each cycle, offers tips for a more sustainable use of your dishwasher and washing machine, and provides a personalized monthly report. Learn more about your appliances to save money and protect the environment simultaneously.
Washing assistant - Achieve perfect washing results
Achieve the best possible cleaning results without being a washing expert? No problem thanks to the Miele app! Let the Washing Assistant in the Miele app guide you to find the perfect programme for your laundry. You can even start the recommended programme directly from the Miele app.

Handy app, but why no support for 5ghz on iOS
This app is great for the washer machine part that I’ve used.
Problem is my previous router could run dual band 2.4ghz and 5ghz, so no problem connecting. However now with most new routers Google wifi pro example you can’t split the bands, so the app can’t connect the washer machine to the wifi, on iOS this is a big problem. I’ve even tried walking outside for my phone to connect to the 2.4ghz but then you get too far from the washer machine! Used an older router with same wifi name to try see if that works but guess it uses a MAC address as well perhaps. Paying over £1400 for this machine then to have the great features cut of is a big hit. Also why are the app updates continuously vague? Generic notes aren’t helpful please give us insights. Hoping there’s a solution.
Useless
Awful. Truly awful. Tried to use this with a new Miele washing machine. App tries to connect from my XR, sits for absolutely ages, even the washing machine gets bored. Finally an error message appears that the app can’t connect. Retry, it finds machine, then can’t reconnect to the home network. This is strange, because the phone has happily reconnected, it’s just the app. The machine meanwhile has accepted the home WiFi password and says it is connected. App says it can’t find the machine.
Tried this a few times with the same result, and only once did it complete successfully for all of 15 minutes. I saw a connection, saw the machine was actually washing. Answered a text message, back to app and no machine connected. Tried this with my other half’s iPhone, an 11, that one will not connect at all. Also appears that you can have only one phone app connected too. Might be wrong, but the setup from each phone seems to want to reset everything rather than just connect to an established connection.
Demo mode great though… my app now permanently connected to a demo washer. Had to delete and reinstall to get rid of it. Good job this app is really only a toy to say to your friends look at the washer working….

Room for improvement but I like it
I do like this app. I like that I can tell how long is left on a programme. I like being able to pause or stop a programme from my phone and I like the notifications when a cycle has finished.
However the machine no longer tells me when a Twindos is empty, and it’s also stopped asking if I’ve swapped it for a new cartridge. I have to manually adjust the level every time. If I take a cartridge out it just says it’s missing. Not sure if this is due to a recent upgrade. It really should tell you if a bottle is empty, otherwise you’re constantly checking whether there’s any left. Please give back the functionality lost. Thanks

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are not happy with the new app, the logic of the fill levels has been changed, as the previous display led to inaccuracies more often. We are currently working on a new solution. As soon as we can offer a holistic and consistent solution, we will reintroduce the fill levels into the app. Miele App Team
