Love your mind and improve your wellbeing, with Mindapples

Since 2008, Mindapples has been helping people all around the world take better care of their minds. The Mindapples app now lets you access their tried and tested content in your pocket.

This is a fresh approach to mental health and wellbeing based on their popular “5-a-day for your mind” campaign, award-winning books and proven training programmes. The app helps you learn how your mind works and apply these insights to your health, work and relationships.

You can listen to audio clips and watch videos about improving your wellbeing, mastering moods and emotions, managing stress, sleeping well and changing your habits, and then answer questions about your mind to reflect on what you've learned and apply it to your daily routine. You can also browse other people's suggestions and get thousands of tips on looking after your mind.

One third of the profits from the app go to fund the Mindapples Charity, which runs mental health and wellbeing programmes for schools, universities, healthcare trusts and community groups all around the UK.


Subscription gives you access to the full content tree, including many more videos, audio clips and questions to help you explore your mind. Modules include Know Yourself, Handle Pressure, Get Motivated, Change Your Habits, Master Your Moods, Be Productive, Sleep Well and Be Happy.

There are two auto-renewing subscription options (prices for UK customers, other countries may vary):
Monthly subscription: £5.99 per month
Annual subscription: £49.99 per year

Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account and will automatically renew at the start of your next billing period. You can cancel the subscription at any time by turning off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your next billing period. You can manage your subscription in your iTunes settings after purchase.
