Form new habits – greater sense of mastery, well-being and resilience.

You can train your thought patterns, just like when you train to become more physically fit.

We know from cognitive therapy that what you think about yourself affects how you perceive a situation. Self-efficacy and the experience of mastery is important in maintaining motivation and personal efforts. High self-efficacy affects your ability in reaching goals and gives you perseverance when solving difficult tasks.

By understanding which habits are helping you and which are holding you back, you can train yourself to stay focused and achieve your goals.

During the process of change, it is often easy to forget all the little things you have actually achieved on the way towards your big goal. This is one of many reasons why we have developed Mindfit. We recommend that you record the positive events in your life and your feelings of mastery along the way.

→ Helps you build up your sense of mastery
→ Makes you happier and promotes well-being
→ Helps you handle difficult times
→ Reduces negative thoughts and feelings
→ Reduces stress, depression and anxiety
→ More satisfied and better sleep

We have also assembled different self-help techniques that you can use when you find yourself in a challenge situation. They can help you overcome the uncomfortable feelings you might have in these circumstances.

• Breathing exercise/Mindfulness
• Visualization techniques
• Attention training
• Relaxation exercise
• Helpful questions

OUR CUSTOMERS LIKES US because we help them to achieve a better everyday life.

Using proven methods and techniques, you will be guided to a better life – whether it’s about coping with stress, anxiety, depression or training yourself to improve your self-esteem and sense of achievement.

Mindfit is inspired by well-respected treatment methods such as cognitive therapy and EMDR, but also by the more general communication, self-management and therapy techniques used in psychology.

Mindfit is suitable for all kinds of people who, in certain situations, or in certain periods of life are:

• Feeling stressed
• Need motivation and lack energy
• People with mild mental distress, such as depression, anxiety, stress and low self-esteem

Mindfit is a self-help app that focuses on mental health training, and the app is intended as a way to help you to help yourself!

While the app is a self-help tool, it isn’t a substitute for treatment by a psychologist. The tool is meant to be a guide and a motivator, so that you can more easily follow through on the changes that you have decided to make.

Mindfit does not collect personal information about you as a user of this app. All the information that you record is stored only on your mobile phone.

Life saver and fantastic app

Used this app a few years ago after divorce and it really kept me focussed on rebuilding myself. I am revisiting it now following major surgery as I know it will again keep me focused on recovering and staying strong. Fantastic app.

Not sure if I’m missing something...

I’m not sure if I’m missing something but this app feels more like a daily moment app rather than having active ways to help anxiety or develop methods to control that type of thought process. Seemed positive to begin with asking a series of questions but after that you’re left with updating how you’re feeling with the ability to upload a photo and write some thoughts down and a few pointers about some techniques. I expected the techniques to be more interactive and more prompts to challenge negative thought processes based on the questionnaire you fill out to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money on this app as there is free ones that do similar stuff out there. If I could get a refund I’d definitely be asking for my money back

Big plus for a simplicity of the app

A simplified therapeutic assistance - helpful and practical tool for self-therapy. Another pluses: a very good and thorough description at App Store; saved big money for endless number of individual meetings with a therapist.
