This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of Mindful Creation and co-founder of a charity called ACT on it, a mindfulness therapist and clinical practitioner specialising in contextual psychology.

Great mindfulness app

This is a great app and worth paying for the full version. It's nice to have a British guided mindfulness app as it takes getting used to American/ New Zealand voices!
Some great additional information too. My only feedback would be that it'd be nice to see my 'history' of what I have listened to and when especially for 8 day challenge & would be nice for an update of one more longer guided session! Thanks Rueben!

A daily gift

I started off with the free lite version but have to say buying the full version was the best money I've ever spent. It's so well written, organised and easy to navigate. Reuben has managed to create a safe, friendly and welcoming tone without the cliches. There's a variety of experiences all with different timings so you can always 'fit in' your mindfulness. I pretty much use it daily. I like to work out physically and then work out mentally. I can't recommend this app highly enough.

This app has helped me through an intense time in my life. The first time I opened the app there was a quote from Byron kellie (I think) about not taking your thoughts personally. That in itself was a revelation to me and I hadn't even started. That's how I knew that we are all connected. Somewhere somehow you land where you need to land, to learn and to grow. I'm very happy to say that I landed here! You've landed. Do this, you deserve it!
