Mindfulness

I have been using the mindfulness meditation app since loosing my 97 year old mum in may2021 , and found myself very depressed and lost after being her carer for 17 years , suddenly having so much time in difficult times with covid keeping me isolated from family who live away . Found the mindfulness app and it has helped me to relax and just be still something that I find very hard . Doing the guided meditation has been a blessing and I look forward to doing my daily meditation as I feel calm and more positive afterwards . I highly recommend this for anyone struggling in these strange times

Fantastic App

This is such a fantastic app !!!

LOVE IT !!!

Daily mediations are brilliant, and the format (short video, followed by the meditation) is an amazing idea.

I am really impressed with the suggestions I get based on my history, whoever designed the algorithm well done.

Tons of useful content, i.e. there is a meditation for any state of mind, and the way the app is structured is also fantastic, making very easy to navigate the app / search any content. Specific parts I particularly like are the Mini Mindfulness Tips and the Meditation Programs.

Also, customer service is so good, fast and friendly, which is really nice. On top of the value this app adds to peoples lives, customer service like that, makes the experience / journey even better.

I highly recommend this app, whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, you will find something to love this app !!!

Favourite meditation app

I love this app. I started using it a couple of years ago and found the meditations for anxiety and for sleep very helpful and calming. Now I always do the short daily mindfulness meditation - just a few minutes to get your day started and then you can choose how long the follow on meditation is. Sometimes I just want 5 minutes but other times 30. There are a variety of courses as well as short talks. It is a pleasure to explore and there is a variety of excellent teachers.
