Mindlist App
It’s a very good app because it has many different categories for different tasks : like I can put as a title *Things to do this week* and you will be able to add tasks underneath that section and that will have a date so when you want to remind yourself about it you click on a date on the calendar and then at that specific time it will remind you about the task! It’s an amazing app I RECOMMEND it for busy people and ALL AGES ☺️☺️☺️ SO DOWNLOAD THIS APP YOU WONT REGRET IT
Adding events not tasks to calendar
Thoroughly enjoying using this app and found it was the most effective and intuitive as opposed to others. As a result, I felt obliged to buy the subscription so I could unlock the calendar and a few other features. For a one-time purchase I felt that this was a good deal. However, I feel in some ways that the calendar is lacking and doesn’t quite fit the expectations I had compared to the sleek feel of the rest of the app. My biggest gripe with the calendar is that it doesn’t seem to allow me to add events separately. The only way I can think to add events is through the apple calendar which is quite inconveniencing. Additionally, having apple ‘events’ such as Valentine’s day and Shrove Tuesday occupying the task/event overview area is quite irritating since I’d hope that would be isolated from actual importants tasks that I need to complete. I hope to be able to add events in the future since only having tasks on a calendar is unrealistic and doesn’t reflect people’s lifestyle…. For that reason I’m awarding the app 3 stars - and I do hope they add some more features to the calendar to make it reflect the professional and seamless feel of the rest of the app.
Solid, easy to use, visually pleasing app!
Mindlist has a beautiful design making it clear and easy to use. The £3 one off payment for premium is incredibly good value compared to other similar apps who charge a monthly fee! For me, premium is definitely worth it, having my notes synced between my devices.
The reason I have not rated this app 5 stars is due to some missing features that I believe would be very useful in planning and organising my time. I would have liked to be able to add events to the calendar, separate from the todo lists. Another useful feature would’ve been the ability to sort the tasks by the date they need to be completed.
Despite this, I would still highly recommend this app!
