The App that changed my life

If I could give this app 10 stars I would...
From the basic element of repetition it does what it says on the tin, it plants seeds in your subconscious mind and by the power of relaxation from a very soul conscious woman, I’ve never experienced someone whose voice soothes me to sleep and wakes up feeling calm and relaxed more or less every night.

I’ve been on a rough ride for about 10 years sliding in and out of various states of anxiety and depression, and I’ve never had any real improvements until now, this app has made me feel like anything’s possible, and a belief in myself that I thought I had lost, and I have just completed it for the 2nd time.
Week 1 is all about becoming aware of your thoughts; Week 2 the thoughts that are holding you back; Week 3 thinking positive about yourself and the good things in your life; and finally Week 4 focuses on visualisation, so far my favourite week, and you can go back any time by having a weekly recap.

I just want to express my eternal gratitude to Imogen, the creator, and can highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to break the cycle of negative thoughts, putting themselves down and just generally feeling fed up and bored of their inner voice, so THANK YOU & BIG LOVE to Mindseeds 💙

Empowering & supportive

Having already tried a couple of apps for anxiety and stress I was introduced to Mind Seeds by a great friend of mine who had been on her own journey. I instantly connected with Mind Seeds. It’s positively different from the other apps I’d tried. I love its structured approach to dealing with anxiety on a day by day, week by week basis. With each day I felt I was making positive progress to manage my thoughts. It’s great that you can add notes and keep a record of your own thoughts. By Week 2 I knew this was the one app that I could keep going back to whilst still moving forward on my own journey. For me, it’s a dedicated programme to managing my mind. I’m still revisiting it now and it’s become my ‘go to’ app whenever I get ‘that’ feeling. Easy to use and highly recommended.

Great value for money

I don’t usually do reviews but given that I downloaded this app off the strength of them, felt like I must give one myself. It absolutely lives up to them all. The voiceover so magically soothing, with an authentic story which gives credibility and reassurance that the process can (and does) work. And I love that it’s split into 4 phases of focus each week. If you’re looking for something to help with anxiety, create a more positive mindset, help you sleep or just generally just feel better about yourself, this is it. Oh and it’s great value for money with no faffy subscriptions or confusing payments. 5 stars from me!
