Downloading Mindshine is free of charge. Full access to the whole training library is part of the yearly or lifetime subscriptions. When you decide to subscribe, you pay the price that was set for your country, which is shown in the app. The lifetime subscription is a one-time purchase. The other subscription plans are automatically renewed unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the 12 months period. Your account is charged with each new subscription period at some point within 24 hours before your subscription expires. The current subscription period can only be canceled and refunded within our 14-day money back guarantee policy. At any time, you can deactivate the automatic renewal in your settings.

A staple in my evening routine

I’ve tried so many apps to help me understand anxiety and my brain more and for whatever reason, haven’t been able to stick with any, but this is the one that I have found is both effective and is so easy to slot into your day. I love that when you follow the programs, each day will be a fresh new technique that helps build on the others that you learnt the day before, so it helps you understand how they all work and benefit each other. If anyone wants to change any thought patterns, understand things like anxiety or generally just wants to upgrade your brain, this is the app for you :) thank you!

Needs improvements

So I’ve been subscribed for a while and there are alot of positives about this app. The courses and techniques are great - they provide little text boxes within the exercises for you to add thoughts/journal and look back at in future. It’s a great way to really engage in the activity and it makes it easy to take a few mins out of the day to complete one and reframe or resolve worries that you’re experiencing in the moment.

After using it for a bit, i noticed there were many areas that could improvements. There’s for some reason quite a lot of screen freezing, especially when using the mood tracker so a lot of refreshing is needed when using the app. I think the mood tracker could use some more emotions or at least an “other” option because it doesn’t really cover many feelings.

The courses also don’t appear to save progress, so when I come back to a course to complete it, it doesn’t have a record of the exercises I’ve already done and just refreshes which is slightly annoying.

We are still a very small team (6 at the moment) who give their all in order to constantly improve the app from a content but also technical side. Truly amazing

I think this app is absolutely incredible, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking into not just wellness but also mind training in general. The one thing I could say critically is that, during meditation courses and sessions - the voice of the coach/narrator is quite clinical at times, and can take you out of focus on a good breathing exercise. For many users of other good meditation apps, the voices tend to be very soothing, rhythmic, and aligned with the meditative experience. I found myself getting frustrated that this voice was, unexpectedly and matter-of-factly, interjecting (sometimes with assumptions that it’s not going well - “struggling to concentrate, don’t worry”) through the exercise. I’d love this app 100% (instead of 99%) if it just incorporated a little more softness and calmness into the meditative voiceovers. All in all it’s an amazing app and I’ll remain a happy paying customer.
