Not good service for ordering

It’s not good enough service by this site to buy.
They haven’t confirmed your tracking and also site not supported to track your parcel wherever it’s
Please be sure about pros saving time and also with delivery period days

Shocking customer service and deceiving delivery times.

I ordered a phone case from here and selected the shipping that was 10-20 days. Still haven’t received it after this time so I get in contact and am told it could be up to 3 MONTHS! So obviously I can’t walk around with no phone case on for 3 months as I will probably end up smashing my phone so I asked customer service for a refund as I was not willing to pay for a deceiving service. The customer service employees make absolutely no effort to even listen to enquires and customer needs and keep repeating themselves that my parcel will be here in 3 months. No, I requested 10-20 days not over 3 times more than that. Still haven’t had any help what so ever. The customer service people just close the enquiry after they’d repeated themselves and refused to acknowledge what I’m saying so you can’t even ask them why they won’t listen to you. Shocking customer service and deceiving information about shipping.

I urge everyone that does not appreciate being treated like rubbish or being deceived about when you will receive your products to shop somewhere else.

I don’t have my product, I don’t have my money to buy another phone case from a company that cares about it’s customers.

Poor service

I had ordered few items from this website and none of it arrived on time and neither did it match the description. 3 items arrived damaged with delayed deliveries. One of the watches I ordered didn’t even work! Waste of money! I requested a refund and cancellation of order in between due to delays in delivery yet my request was ignored! The tickets I submitted for my issues were closed without having any communication with me so I couldn’t even report the issue anymore.

For one of item that arrived they asked me to return the item but the company is based in China and the delivery cost too much and they wouldn’t offer any help!

This company is a con and don’t provide any relevant communication or help after you’ve ordered your item! All they did was process the transaction! They send items in damaged quality and then make a long issue about attaching photos of damaged item which won’t even upload on their website. There’s no contact number or email to communicate either! Waste of money and time!
