This is going to be a wonderful review on this app. App is great small lag in the mirror, as you would expect nothing major though. The think I was mostly looking forward to using it for was the football so sky Go and BT sports. However BT sports works like a Swiss watch.. Sky Go won’t let you broadcast there shows. In a bit shell well worth the £5 to get everything else on! All the free ones are worthless after trying just about all of them!
Not really what I want
So trying to watch sky go on my tv, like all reviews say sky are a well oiled machine, so didn’t work. However I tried using 123movies, to watch my movie. The site worked fine and mirrored onto the tv. HOWEVER there is no sound transferred, there is a lag of about 4 seconds, which means the audio coming out the iPad is 4 seconds behind the film or show you’re watching. I expected this to work like Apple TV, it does not. If you wanna view a slide show with no sound of pics then this is the app for you. If you wanna stream video with no sound it might be ok, but if you want a cheap version of Apple TV then you’re wasting your time. If I could have a refund I would greatly appreciate that. The developers didn’t explain all that I have said so I feel it was miss sold. If I was told it doesn’t send sound and has a lag of 4 seconds I Definitely wouldn’t have bought it. Definitely need to add that to the ‘what it does’ section.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write a review about our Mirror for Samsung TV app. In the app description, we clearly state that in using the app, there will be a couple of seconds of latency (usually between 1 and 3). Also, there is the “Limitations and known issues” section: “1. Audio. When screen mirroring from Safari, there is no audio. We advice to use the Puffin Web Browser (free on the App Store) instead of Safari.” The sound will also play on your TV, along with the video. So you will not notice the delay. Brilliant app and superb Support!!
So I bought this app as I struggled to get any of the free ones to work. Initially, I couldn’t get this app to connect to my TV so I messaged the tech support who literally got back to me within about 5 minutes and spent a few minutes working through my problem to resolution. I absolutely could not believe how brilliant and fast they were. App now works perfectly and is ace. I do feel that the support team deserves a huge digital fistbump 🤜🏻🤛🏻 as they were just brilliant. Couldn’t be more happy and the app works perfectly!!
