Description
Experience the excitement of an emergency call dispatcher at your finger tips! Create your own dispatch center and choose where in the world your fire and police stations are placed, using real life maps. You want to create the emergency system of your city? Or would you prefer to build a huge fire station right next to the Tower of London? The choice is yours!
First you start with a fire station and a Water Ladder or a Light 4X4 Pump (L4P). Afterwards you can expand your emergency system any way you want. Add more specialist vehicles like HazMat Units, Rescue Support Units (RSU) or ICCUs (Incident Command and Control Unit), or build up your police force with Dog Support Units (DSU) and Armed Response Vehicle (ARV) units - or all of the above to cover all emergency calls!
The game allows for vast customisation, so all stations and vehicles can be named. Some specialised vehicles need trained personnel, so you can set up training courses and assign educated personnel to specific vehicles. Advanced players can use helicopters (HEMS) to get to the most urgent emergencies quickly!
If you enjoy teamwork then help friends by joining or creating an alliance. You can share jobs to help each other out as well as allow friends to take patients to your hospital or prison. The more units you have will boost your call amount too, increasing the challenges you face. Remember, some calls will require different types of units to be sent so ensure your fleet is up-to-date!
This game was developed by a real firefighter. So it was always important to have realistic emergency missions with realistic demands for vehicles - from small missions like a burning car to big ones like a building collapse - all on real life maps!
Naturally a lot of our players are also firefighters, police officers or ambulance drivers in their real lives. For fans of emergency, blue light systems this is the perfect game!

Amazing.
This game is seriously amazing to play. Yeah it has some issues such as icons freezing and certain audio noises cutting off or being inconsistent but none of it affect gameplay and once you can learn to forget those bugs it is a straight forward fun simulation based game.
It starts slow and then the more you play, the more you build yourself and your set up to allow for a more larger experience but the entire time it is fun to work for that grind.
I recommend this game to any who is a fan of controlling the dispatch side to emergency services as well as playing in real life locations.
Ruined by bad mechanics and poor customer service.
This game was initially fun, however the second I tried to expand into EMS the problems started. Firstly, it’s wildly unclear that starting with an Ambulance Station is the wrong way to go. If you do that then suddenly you will have nowhere to transport patients to so you can’t complete missions. If you then try and fix that by getting a hospital first and then an ambulance station it immediately requires specialisms and training that there’s no way you can afford to do at that point in the game. So you get rid of those again and start with a clinic. This works fine until you try to swap out a rapid response vehicle with a second ambulance and suddenly all the issues come back, training you can’t possibly be ready to do and vehicles required that supposedly aren’t needed until you have six (as opposed to 1) rescue station.
As of right now 3 of my maximum 5 missions are tied up with this issue.
Customer support responses have been worthless to say the least. Long delays between my messages and their responses with the only response being that they don’t see an issue.
Brilliant
Absolutely brilliant game, can’t say how realistic it is as I’m not a dispatcher .. but I love this game, my only issues are that the vehicles on the map occasionally stop moving until the game is reset, but the reset button doesn’t do anything, I have to totally close and restart the game. Since today’s update my mission screen keeps changing itself to a map screen with nothing but buildings on, which results in yet another total reset. Please can you fix this bug??? Also would it be possible to add more of a variety of police and ambulance units into the game? For example, traffic cars, vans for transporting, rapid response ambulances, etc.
