Terrible and Out of Date
Please just fix two things for goodness sake.
1. The iPhone X has been out for 2 years now but this app looks like it was built for an iPhone 5... this is bad! Apple shouldn’t have allowed this onto the store.
2. If your app crashes randomly because I refresh the map...
I check the map before I get a bike, I get on the bike and midway through the journey I want to check there’s space at my destination so I pull the app up, refresh and BAM it crashes.
Why the hell do your other bike apps like Medina and KU look up to date when this garbage updated 8 months ago looks forgotten about.
The most disappointing thing about Vancouver
Bike sharing apps are standard across the globe. Vancouver really can and must do better.
Poor user experience
App is very buggy. Poor user experience. No auto fill function. No scan credit card function. Took 6 try’s to get my card details recognised. Very slow.
