Description
The Mobile Bank application from SpareBank 1 gives you easy access to the most used banking and insurance services when you are on the go. In addition, the app gives you an easy way to contact us.
The Mobile Bank app provides full control over your accounts, cards, payments, savings, loans and insurance policies - and of course, you can order a variety of services and products. We will launch new services throughout the year. The app also includes insurance claims, your travel insurance card and you can contact our real estate broker.
The Mobile Bank must be activated with BankID. After activation you can use a self made PIN, Face ID or Touch ID to sign in.
We love comments and feedback. Please contact us through social media or customer service center.
If you are not a customer with SpareBank 1, you can easily become a customer in the app.

Very good app but…
This is a very good and easy to use app, but I have not found a way to logout. If I could logout of this app, I would give this app 5 stars. It seems to logout automatically if I close the app and wait several minutes, but I would rather logout before I close the app.

Thanks for the feedback. You can sign out of the app by going to "More" section of the app. From there, we have a dedicated button for signing out in the top right corner 😊

I give 5 stars for this app because, it’s English meniu makes for me more easy to understand and do what I need to do.
Useless
Very confusing, very buggy.
Tried to transfer money between accounts, it came up with «404 page not found»
Tried paying money into my friend’s account, same problem
It keeps suggesting to log into nettbanking while i’m already logged in
Can’t recommend downloading or using this app as all these problems make the app absolutely useless
