Seriously....1st Class Customer Service!!

I’m currently working on an offshore wind farm in Danish waters and i’ve been having SERIOUSLY terrible data connection issues with O2! I purchased the highest data package esim possible, unfortunately, the problem persisted and the esim was effectively useless to me. I then contacted customer services, provided my exact location and they resolved the issue immediately. They provided me a solution’s, the follow up was immense and I can honestly say that this company has the best customer service I’ve LITERALLY ever encountered, I just wish more company’s would follow their lead!! Misleading products and support, AVOID

With mobimatter you will have no idea what your buying, it could be great value or terrible value. They have the same reliability as a premium mobile games loot box. I paid for a sim that had 4g/5g in its product description yet the plan I received only included 4g. Instead of just telling me this they required me to follow a long troubleshooting process in which they told me the plan is not issue, your phone is just not getting 5g reception. Only after I checked with the network provider did they admit the plan was not as described to which they responded “it has 4g and we said 4g/5g is its fine”. Save your money and buy a plan with clear and transparent pricing. Either the custom service is poor and the product descriptions are lazily copy pasted or they are intentionally misleading customers. In a different instance my friend and I bought two sims from the same mobimatter page but received completely different plans, I received a full speed up 50 GB (as described) then low speed data. He only received a low speed plan capped at 15mbps compared to mine frequency reading 200mbps in cities. If you are looking for products that fit there description/not misleading and customer service who can admit and resolve a mistake go else where to one of the many other esim retailers. Frankly misleading buyers is against app store rules and they shouldn’t be allowed to sell there sims on iphone.

Now working fine, but had to do loads of resets and change settings on my iPhone to get FaceTime and massaging to work. Not the sims fault but just being honest, took me 3 days to get it to work(again probably my fault but it didn’t work automatically. You have to change settings on your phone ( I only have experience with my iPhone).
Also, fair play to them, when I complained they contacted me quickly. Not quite convinced yet, normally travel with 2 phones when abroad. I was hoping this was going to be a solution to that. In NY for another couple of days then to Mexico. Will update when I get there.
