Absolutely amazing

I have been a customer since 2017 and have since ordered many abayas and shawls. Every time I am wearing an abaya I get multiple comments and I’m asked where it’s from. The price has always been amazingly cheap compared to other places. The only downfall is they’re always long so I have to pay an extra £4.50 per abaya to have them shortened locally.
I recommend modanisa to all my friends and family.

Not great with returns

Received products & they are generally quite good quality and look as they do on the app.

However, there are a few sizing issues. Recently, I wanted to make a return on 2 of my orders and their return policy states they it is almost £10 shipping no matter how many products are being returned. I have ordered from overseas companies before, most of which offer free returns. To me this was a shock & I was disappointed. Also, the returns have to be done separately if they’re from two different orders, meaning I paid close to £20 to return 2 items. I’m not pleased about this returns policy and due to the high price I probably won’t shop from here again, unfortunately.

I’ve did about £600 pound worth of shopping with this company and every time there seems to be some fault with either the size or quality or material however I have just ordered a new pair of shoes that have came with the soles ripped off on both shoes the quality is trash too the stitching is very rough and the shoes look used and scratched another thing is that I have tried to return these items however it says that it will send a barcode so you can attach it to the box however I put in my email and it doesn’t send anything I have tried ringing and it doesn’t go through I had tried to leave a review on the app and that didn’t work either I’m not the type to leave bad reviews however this shopping has been an absolutely rubbish experience
