Momento Premium Gold is for the dedicated user who would like to contribute more towards ongoing development of Momento and provides access to Priority Support.
Momento Premium and Momento Premium Gold is an auto-renewing subscription. Momento will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refunds can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if any subscription in Momento is otherwise purchased. Subscriptions cannot be shared using Family Sharing.
If you have previously purchased Momento Premium or any of the individual features through our previous in-app purchase options, you can use the 'Restore Purchases' option in the 'Premium' settings screen to restore access.

I love this! I’ve subscribed to the annual subscription too because I think it’s fab. I have epilepsy which causes memory loss and also have struggled with depression and anxiety so I have always thought about getting a journal but thought what if someone read it or something. Plus I wanted to keep bits and pieces in that could help me remember times and events better and this is perfect to do just that. I can write anything and everything in it to help get things off my mind and also attach all pictures from previous times in my life from social media sites and my phone and current times of my life to remember everything I’ve done and it makes me feel so much better and happier in myself. Also with the subscription I can put a lock on so I never have to worry about anyone I don’t want having access to it which is great. I know that may be a little deep for some but it might work for others who want to just write everything down and get things off there chest.

Had i written this a few months ago i would have given it 5 stars but now i can’t and it isn’t momento’s fault. It is a great, easy to use app and the good things that people say about it are all true. Unfortunately one of the features i loved was taken away spoiling my experience overnight. I downloaded momento back in march this year and had it connected to the moves app via a feed. As i went about my life moves sent my location details and modes of travel automatically to momento. This was great for me as i am a blind person and for obvious reasons don’t like to take my phone out of my pocket in public places to check in. At the end of each day all i had to do was fill in the gaps. At the end of June facebook closed the moves app down thus ruining the app. I would have hoped that as some months have passed some other way of getting your travel stuff onto momento automatically would have been found but nothing has happened. Sure! You can connect it to 4square but it is not the same thing at all. 4square involves checking in and out of venues, not how you got to and from or your speed of travel etc. I don’t mean to criticise the fundamental principles of the momento app itself or put anyone off downloading it but the situation has left me feeling angry and frustrated especially as i bought premium subscription for momento and now don’t get the use of it. I had to use this public platform to get this off my chest. I sincerely hope someone from momento takes time to read this and takes it on board. From an unhappy disappointed user.

We're sad too that Facebook decided to close down Moves but unfortunately this was completely out of our control and as this functionality was part of the service itself it isn't something we can restore. This is a wonderful way to journal or diarise your life even in the past if you have only just started. I plan to work out the key dates in my life going back over old photos (remember when they were date stamped - seemed annoying at the time but great now!) and build and track my memorable dates. I have also realised as you can post historic entries that it could have a wonderful use in connecting the entries with your family tree including births deaths and key family dates such as marriages and christenings - I would like in future to see print options so that you could compile a memories book in nice format and maybe links to leading family tree software packages. I wonder how many people might use this instead of Facebook to record their lives and keep it private just to share with those close to you. Love it, David

I really like this app and it’s the best in core concept I have found so far but please, you have to add auto saving. As a new user, I spent a while writing my event’s notes and mid writing I went to check on some emails, came back and it was all gone. Nothing more frustrating than that. It happened to me when using the premium lock feature. If not auto save at least a better way of ram management so that it doesnt lose the written text after 1 min with the app not having been force closed.(Edit) they have a draft feature i didn’t know about that solved the issue, great app!

Hi, sorry to hear you're having some trouble. Momento does auto-save entries should you leave the app without manually saving. It will be automatically saved as a draft. Simply tap the '+' icon again and you will be prompted to retrieve a draft if one exists.
