Update and availabiltiy

Can you arrange for the update to be available through other locations/stores eg UK, US. I use the uk store and had downloaded the app. With this update my app wont update I suspect due to the store. Cant track my safe days and safety score online only through the app.

Hi, we don't apply any geographic restrictions on the app, so it has likely downloaded successfully. Regarding your Safe Dayz issue, some versions of the the Apple operating system does not allow the "Always allow" option when we prompt for Safe Dayz GPS permissions hence we're not able to track your location unless you login daily. To resolve this issue, go into your Apple app settings and for the Momentum app set location permissions to "Always Allow."

Bugs and bugs and missing info

I use this on an iphone. My safe dayz keep randomly stopping and the support team who take 3 weeks to assist can never help me. I end up having to uninstalll and reinstall the app and the it works again for a few weeks. After spending 3 months talking to support about my safe dayz not working they finally said I dont earn safety points anyway as one screen which is hidden from view and not accessible through settings and has never been on my homepage on the app was not clicked on. You have to swipe right and it was the fourth screen. Very poorly designed app.

Need to make changes

Too complicated, the rules change from week to week. Steps I have done are not always registered. The refresh or whatever it needs to be done before 8am, HOW when one is either rushing around or as a retired person don’t get up before 8am. Am actually thinking of cancelling completely as it is not cost effective.
