It is great fast service quick notifications
I really enjoy the service but the bank card is not standard like other traditional banks , but it’s good bank service and could you please provide the overdraft service and bank statement in post service whenever we need you can charge for that but provide the services like other traditional banks thanks

Something funny about these reviews

I downloaded this but so many people in the first couple of pages of reviews speak about the bank closing there accounts and how customer service is absolutely terrible with responses or just fob you off to a different dept who don't answer, also for so many terrible reviews why are the stars so good so I just can't take the chance with them one bad review ok or a few but in two pages lots of the same comments about closing accounts and not getting there money back and the reply on here is always keep in contact with our service dept when the complaints are about the service dept not replying BEWARE BEWARE SOMETHING MOT RIGHT.

No support at all

I have a account on monese more than one year, I always recommended to my friends but now I’m thinking to close my account. I spent £14 on Tesco 6 days ago and they charged me 2 times, totally £28. I went to Tesco and they say they can’t do anything about it because the payment is ‘pending’ and I should contact my bank... I did that by email and by the app chat 3 times and no one answer me... this is an online bank account, if you don’t have support online where could we get help when we need? In the app is saying that they gonna answer you soon, but it’s not true. I’m disappointed and if I can’t fix it I’ll for sure close my account and tell everyone who ask me for a bank advice about the bad support of monese when you need it.
