Recently I had an issue with my security authenticator, I had done it on an old device which I had gotten rid of, which led to me not being able to withdraw my funds. I contacted support and they managed to reset the authenticator to allow me to redo it. The service was quick and in the end I managed to withdraw my money. If you ever have an issue their support will sort it out!
