I like your service, but your exchange rate is too low. Please offer some promotional codes to entice new customers. I've used other companies before, but I thought let’s have a go-to MoneyGram. I would recommend it to everyone. Please offer steady prices. When I saw the rate, it was 115, then when I sent it dropped to 114. Instead of prices going down, why don't you pay 50 p extra for new customers? Please raise your rate. I like your services. Thank you.
Poorly made but it worked, eventually
I decided to give this a try as I’ve reached the limit on my Paysend account, World Remit no longer operate in the destination country and Western Union is a complete rip off so I was running out of options for an urgent same day transfer.
I had problems from the start when trying to register. Long load times and errors. Eventually I was able to login, as apparently my account was created in spite of the errors. Creating a transfer was easy enough but right at the end I got an error that my completely valid and legitimate phone number didn’t contain enough unique digits. They really should implement proper number validation by SMS and no rely on such a lazy half assed validation solution.
Support suggested trying the website instead, but I didn’t get very far, couldn’t even get a quote due to a CORS error (shown in Chrome’s dev tools). Support rep clearly had no clue what it was and kept copy pasting the same message to send a screenshot to the developers. Not helpful when I’m trying to make a time sensitive transfer.
Eventually got it working by changing the phone number in the app and starting over again. Fortunately the recipient was able to make it to the bank just before it closed and received the money without issue. Took over an hour to achieve what I would have expected to take less than 5 minutes.
If you’re considering using this app and don’t already have a Paysend account then I would suggest using that instead.
My app not working
I have a problem, usually I use this app to send money but yesterday and today I can’t use this app, I don’t know why? Because when I try to log in and enter my password there’s always notifications says Your log in information is not correct. Password must contain at least 8 characters, with one number and one letter.
Before I use this password can log in but now it can’t, not only me but all my friends and family who has those app can’t log in too because we have the same problem. Please repeat and explain my email.
