MONOPOLY GO‪!‬ 9+

I used to love this game, but now I get so frustrated with it. As others mentioned it seems to be manipulated somewhat even if it is using a Algorithm as the developers say. You can’t win enough dice when you need them and then the increase is slow and unless you are buying packs from them it seems impossible to get things done or get the stickers you need.
I found even the Bank heists etc are the same people over and over, a few out of the many ‘friends’ I play with.
The collection of stickers is a joke, unless you want to buy packs probably, although I’ve seen many people complain that they’ve spent lots of money and still not got any high value stickers. Even now toward the end of this collection today almost all the stickers won are a green pack and low stars. Why towards the end of the tournament are we still getting green packs of stickers and 1 or 2 stars….everyone is past that level and is hoping for the golden stickers or high star stickers for the last few albums they have to finish which is now requiring just 1 last stickers in a few albums but no we still are unindated with low value stickers we have multiples of!!
Also the mini games are enjoyable, but again almost impossible to get good rolls of the dice and enough dice to do well or finish with your team.
Like I mentioned……very frustrating rather than enjoyable now !

This game is fine. It’s inoffensive and honestly a pretty good time killer when I have a couple of minutes with nothing else to do. What’s annoying, however, is the incessant number of pop ups, whether it be micro transactions, events, random rewards for things you didn’t know were happening or whatever, that bombard your screen every time you roll your dice. It’s ridiculous. I really do mean it when I call it overstimulation: the game. The most annoying one, I think, is the pop up micro transaction asking you to buy more dice when you run out. It does this every single time.

The gameplay also just gets annoying if you play for more than a couple of minutes at a time. I’ve found myself getting annoyed when I am rewarded with more dice, because the gameplay itself is boring and I just want it to be over so I can close the app and get on with my day. The gameplay is also nothing like advertised, by the way. This is NOT monopoly with friends on the go. What this actually is is going around a board by yourself and building up small towns with the money you make. You can attack your friends and they add to your community chest, but that’s it. Honestly, the game itself is fine, but it’d be nice if they advertised it as what it actually is, instead of calling it a mobile monopoly experience.

It seems like scopely have made the game basically impossible. Progression has become so difficult to achieve especially when you get to higher levels where you get stuck in a loop of no dice (which regenerate so slowly) and high building costs which means you can’t complete a build without being attacked constantly. The opportunities to pull new stickers are there but all I seem to get are duplicates, I haven’t had a new one in weeks. I had plenty of dice but have used them trying to complete events so that I can get new stickers, this always ends in disappointment as a I always seem to get the same stickers. I have opened vaults (at least 3) again for nothing. I can’t trade as I am gold locked and the only opportunities to trade come with the golden blitz but then only 2 stickers are up for trade. The blitz should be a shorter amount of time but you are able to trade any good sticker. Also Scopely say that it’s all random but it’s so obvious that it’s not, you can land on certain squares all day long unless you need to then it’s impossible to land on them. I used to really enjoy this game but it’s by become boring and really difficult to progress. It’s such a shame that a really good game had been spoiled by greed, it’s clear that they are trying to get you to spend to be able to progress otherwise your stuck. Oh and to add customer service is pointless because all responses seem to be generic!
