Stolen my money
I downloaded this app as it was the only way to use the vending machines in the place we were staying. I added €12 euro to the Monyx wallet. The app and vending machines didn’t communicate and I could not use it. I raised a support ticket with Monyx and asked for a refund/ to release the money from my wallet back to my bank. This was in august and we are now in November. No one gets back to you. I have tried severa routes and my money is stuck in the wallet. Whilst it may only be €12 euros. It’s the principle that I cannot get it back. There’s plenty of options to add money but nothing that allows you to refund it back if you don’t use it.
Absolutely awful!
You can’t use it on all vending machines and it doesn’t tell you that you can’t until after you have put money on your card and then there is no possible way to get money off the card. You can email them all you like but you get no response. If I could give them 0 stars I would! I feel like I have genuinely been robbed!!
