Life Changing App
The thought checker on this app allows the user to identify thought distortions and to rethink situations after having these removed which most times takes away any negative emotions during this process. It’s based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and is very effective - once you get in the habit of using the app to work through difficult thoughts you soon are able to identify the distortions yourself and to use the app less.
It has every feature I could possibly think of! A journal, prompts, mood tracker, reminders, and lots of other things. I'm amazed that I can make myself feel a bit better by adjusting my thoughts. I can also catch myself doing unhelpful things to my mind like catastrophising, thinking in black and white (no shades of grey), mind reading etc with this app. Going through a bereavement and other things at the mo so this should really help.
I've owned this app for 18 months and in that time it hasn't been updated. The passcode feature is broken along with other features. I emailed support over a year ago and they said they would look at fixing it but it appears they're just letting the app run out of date without investing any further time in it. The mood graph has no way of looking at trends and much better apps are on the market.

We're sorry MoodKit doesn't meet your needs. To clarify, MoodKit is a highly stable app with no reports of a broken passcode feature on supported devices. Please email support with your concerns so that we could best address them. The Mood Chart provides ratings, daily averages, and daily ranges of mood ratings, as well as one-tap access to associated notes.
