I really couldn't recommend this app more, it's an excellent way to monitor your mood daily as well as a way to get support from others about problems you may be having. You can tell people what's going on in your life and they can send you a hug or a message, offering support. This app would be great for many people suffering from mental health problems or even just anyone who is going through a rough time in their life.
Great app, well done to the developer for making it simple to use, not overcrowded with random stuff, and fully iPad compatible. Keep up the good work!
Used to rely heavily on this app as a place to rant etc. I haven’t used it for a long time but felt myself needing it again. However it seems I can no longer get onto my account as the log in via Facebook option is gone. Won’t be using it again.
This app is fantastic for someone who isn't just looking to track their moods. It comes with a fantastic community of people who are understanding, friendly and offer great advice. I've made so many friends through it and could not be more grateful!
