The app functions to the basic standard of most grocery rewards apps, and I’ll give it a star for not crashing outright. But the actual content is sometimes so baffling that I honestly wonder if it’s a bug. I’ve had one singular offer available for months now, and it never changes no matter what I do or don’t buy. I had to jump through hoops to get their student club to link to the account, and it just offers. Nothing? It SAYS it does. But functionally there’s nothing. I get three emails a week saying to check my “new deals,” and then there’s nothing. And this may genuinely be a bug, but inline with the rest of the “nothing,” every time I would get a basket reward it would just outright vanish. Often within the hour. £2 off your next shop? Cool. But then if I look back that afternoon there’s no way to find it or even begin to search for it. So TLDR. The app itself works fine. Opens, closes, doesn’t crash often. Is there anything actually ON the app? No. You’ll spend just as much with or without it.

App supports Apple Wallet which is great unlike some *cough* Lidl *cough* other places but sadly this app is not formatted right to support easy automated secure logins and worse.. much worse! Has no real consideration for the visually impaired. This is not difficult Morrisons! Your tabs at the bottom are read out as “Tab 1, Tab 2, Tab 3” and this itself can be fixed in 5 minutes. Additionally I know how you name your images by resolution because that’s all I hear about rather than just adding the text to be read about what the banners are all about! Next time I want a 2 for 1 deal on 640 x 2000 I’ll be right down to my nearest Morrisons though! 😉 Please get this sorted it’s not difficult and visual impairment is not uncommon! 😊

I thought the point of supermarkets and everything they do is to make the customer experience better. How is asking me to “activate offers before scanning” is just super annoying. I probably wont bother to scan my card at all I do not have the willpower to go digging around the app and activate an offer. I’m giving you my money food goods, my sales data for your profiling, and now you want me to “activate offers before scanning”. You’re having a laugh morrisons; I will do no such thing. I suggest you auto activate all offers to save the customers the hassle.
